Terms of service.

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the provision of consultation services ("Services") by Capital for Hire ("Consultant") to clients who have paid for consultation services ("Clients").

  1. SERVICES

Consultant agrees to provide consultation services to Clients on a fee-for-service basis. The Services provided by Consultant consist of honest conversation and the provision of consultative feedback based on Consultant's prior experience and knowledge. Consultant makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the outcome of the Services provided.

  1. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to Consultant in order for Consultant to provide the Services. Clients are also responsible for implementing any recommendations or advice provided by Consultant at their own discretion.

  1. CONFIDENTIALITY

Consultant agrees to keep all information obtained from Clients during the provision of Services confidential, except as required by law or with the express consent of the Client.

  1. INDEMNITY

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Consultant, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the Services provided by Consultant.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Consultant's liability for any claim arising out of or related to the provision of Services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the Services.

  1. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party albeit no expectation of refund.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [insert state].

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Services provided hereunder.

By engaging in the provision of Services, Clients agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
